French Actress Elodie Yung in Talks to Play 'Jinx' in G.I. Joe: Cobra Strikes

Even though many of the Joes from 2009's G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra will not be returning in director Jon Chu's (Justin Bieber: Never Say Never) sequel, G.I. Joe: Cobra Strikes, doesn't necessarily mean that the toy-based actioner will be light on characters. Last week, it was revealed that eyebrow-raising wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson might be joining the cast as Roadblock, the Joes' heavy machine gunner and cook. Now, THR has reported that French actress Elodie Yung, most famous for playing a tatted-up martial artist with knives in her hair in District 13: Ultimatum, is in talks to play another Joe not seen in the first movie in the sequel, an L.A.-born ninja named Jinx.
